Acceptance of Returns: We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The fabric must be in its original, uncut, and unaltered condition.
- No dyeing, printing, or any other form of processing should have been done on the fabric.
- Rolls should have the original heat label stamp at both ends
- The return request should be initiated within 4 days of the purchase date.
Process for Returns:
- Verification: Upon receiving your return request, we will verify if the fabric meets the above conditions.
- Approval: Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the fabric.
- Credit note: You can choose between a Credit note or exchange for an equivalent product.
Exclusions:
- Cut or processed fabrics (including dyed or printed) are not eligible for return.
We advise all our customers to test and process 25cms of the selected fabric and
check before giving the entire lot for processing
- Dirty, Washed or padded fabrics
- Returns without original packaging or proof of purchase may not be accepted.
